By 2025, the performance gap between IDA members with three or more terms and general members has narrowed, a trend attributed to a gradually stabilizing market environment.

IDA members with three or more terms demonstrated significantly higher productivity compared to the overall IDA member base. This indicates that more seasoned members are capable of delivering stable and sustained performance growth. The accumulation of clients over three years forms a solid foundation for policy renewals and referrals, further enhancing these members’ capacity to pursue higher-level awards within the IDA framework.
