全球2025年与2024年数据相较,人均件数、人均FYC、件均FYC等产能表现皆显示出成长态势,而产能高低与各国家地区的经济环境、政策引导,以及金融保险机构商品策略等有着高度相关性。

The International Dragon Award (IDA) adopts 36 cases and First-Year Commission (FYC) as its two principal eligibility criteria. By comparing metrics such as cases per person, FYC per person, and FYC per case, the data underscores that these standards are key indicators of an outstanding IDA member’s productivity, professionalism, and sustainable development potential.

A comparison of global data between 2025 and 2024 reveals an overall upward trend in productivity performance across all three indicators. These productivity levels are closely linked to the economic environment and policy directives of each country or region, and the product strategies of financial insurance institutions.
